. The Kinney Lake Trail, one of the best day hikes in the Canadian Rockies, is a beautiful 3 mile trek to a turqouise lake in Mount Robson Provincial Park. The first 7 km are easy. The walk was fairly moderate I would say so most people could easily do it. There are people who walk there and back in one day, but most stay overnight before they walk back. The hike should take you between two-and-a-half and three hours to complete, depending on your speed.
